Veda Yoga Mat Review

As you may all know by now I enjoy working out from my previous blog post, but most of all – being able to start my day with a nice deep meditation, is the best thing a body can get. So when I was given the opportunity to try and review the Veda Yoga Mat, (which of course came in my favorite color, purple! ) I started right away the next morning.

The Veda Yoga mat weights only 21oz (600g), great for whoever needs to carry with their yoga mat to and from yoga studio classes. I really like how comfortable and light weight it feels when carrying it inside my bag or with its own strap holder. The quality design of the Veda Yoga mat is well made, making it a very durable mat that won’t tear. It’s Hypoallergenic and sweat resistant makes it easy to clean. It is free of harsh toxic chemicals such as BPA and phthalates, making it the safest choice in yoga mats – while its moisture repellent surface keeps your mat fresher for longer while giving you the stability and traction you need.

What I like about the Veda Yoga mat beside the beautiful purple color, is how it can provide me with the perfect balance of comfort and stability because of its well thick and firm material. It won’t cause my joints, knees nor my elbows to hurt while keeping my balance during those challenging positions. I have also used it as an exercise mat whenever I’m working out with my resistance band or stretching my legs with my stretching band, it truly feels great with its cushion texture. This can even be use as a sleeping mat for your little ones.

Overall, this is the perfect mat that will help you keep your balance at all time while doing your yoga. I highly recommend this product.
